Real estate crowdfunding is a way in which you can directly invest in a real estate property without having the capital to buy the entire property. Real estate crowdfunding platforms gather capital from multiple investors and use it to make investments.

You invest in shares of a real estate property and receive payments either from rental income or from the sale of the property. Or you lend your funds to be used in a development project.

I would also mention OpenLTV which gives investors across the world access to passive income, collateralized by real estate located in the U.S. Powered by the Ethereum blockchain, OpenLTV enables fractional investing in high quality short term debt, with yields averaging 8-12%. You can use fiat or crypto currencies to invest, and get paid interest monthly.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll have a look at it. OpenLTV does sound interesting. It’s hard for Europeans to invest in the US real estate platforms. I assume that’s why they use crypto, it’s easier to accept money worldwide.

For Europeans is crypto for now, but this will change in the near future.
